Yollanda reads your wearable data
Yollanda now reads watch and health data — whole activities, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep.
Until now, Yollanda reasoned over what was logged in the training diary. The data flowing in from athletes' watches and bands sat outside her reach, so questions about a recorded session or last night's recovery went unanswered.
Now Yollanda reads that data too. She picks up whole activities synced from a watch, with their sport, duration and heart-rate zones, and she pulls in health metrics like HRV, resting heart rate and sleep. Ask how an athlete recovered after a hard block or how their sleep tracked through a camp, and her answer draws on the same numbers their device recorded.
Yollanda treats wearable data and diary entries as two separate sources of the "same" measurement, so she won't double-count a session that exists in both places. She also knows which provider each athlete is connected to, so she can tell whose numbers come from where.
A coach view over Oura data
Athletes on Oura now feed a dedicated coach report. See sleep and recovery trends from the ring across your group in one place, alongside the rest of an athlete's data.
Improvements
- Yollanda — Tables and charts in her chat now render in a monospace layout, so columns line up and data is easier to read at a glance.
- Biochemistry — Positive changes between two CASRI lab measurements now carry a
+sign, matching the-already shown for decreases, so the direction of every change reads clearly. - Race analysis — In swimming you can now compare across different disciplines, for example a relay leg against a solo race, instead of being limited to matching events.
- Plus a range of smaller improvements across the app.
Fixes
- Daily readiness — WHOOP Recovery no longer appears for athletes who don't have a WHOOP connected, so the team readiness view only shows data that actually exists.
- Yollanda — Links she generates now work reliably, including links with underscores, and her analysis no longer stalls intermittently.
- Rich text — Notes no longer show stray HTML characters or an extra blank line, and bullet formatting renders correctly.
- Files — A file uploaded on the left side now appears immediately, without needing a page refresh.
- Plus a number of smaller fixes and performance improvements.
