Yollanda

Ask Yarmill's built-in AI about your data or how Yarmill works, in your own language.

Unlike a generic chatbot, she has your training data in front of her — so an answer is drawn from your Yarmill, scoped to what you can already see, rather than from the open internet.

Ask Yollanda

Open the chat. Select the blush Yollanda icon in the header. It opens full-screen with a "Just ask Yollanda" input at the bottom; the empty state introduces her ("I am one big ear.") alongside the reminder to verify what she tells you.

Ask questions in natural language, in whatever language you prefer — she answers in the language you ask. Two kinds of questions work well:

• About the data: summaries, comparisons, and finding things in the diary ("summary of last season," "bench-press kilos from the last gym session").
• About Yarmill: where to click and how workflows work ("how do I publish a plan").

She never widens your permissions. Yollanda only ever sees the data you already have access to — athletes can ask about their own data; coaches about any athlete they can access.

Insights on charts

In Analytics, charts and summary cards carry a small Yollanda icon. Select it for a plain-language description of the chart and an interpretation of what it means. Insights are computed overnight, so they appear the day after a chart is enabled, and not every chart carries one.

What she can't do

Yollanda answers; she doesn't change your instance, log entries for you, or pass messages to the Yarmill team. For configuration changes or feedback, talk to your administrator or write to hello@yarmill.com.

How it connects

• Data answers are grounded in your Training Log and Plan — the diary and plan made queryable in your own words.
• Chart Insights read your Analytics charts and turn them into plain language.
• The Document check in Goals is another Yollanda surface — it scores a goal against your team's methodology.
