You make the instance ready: people in, groups built, permissions right. After that, coaches and athletes follow their own paths.
First-time setup
In Settings → Groups, select + New group for each squad your coaches plan for.
Open a group and add its members. Each person gets a role — Athlete, Coach, or Admin — and coaches get their permissions (for example write access).
Invited people get an email with a join link and the team URL; their membership dates are tracked on the member list.
Day to day
Access questions land on you: "I can't see the module/athlete" is usually a permission
or configuration, fixed in Settings → Groups. For instance-level changes — new
fields, modules, analytics — contact hello@yarmill.com.
