Your first week
In Plan, select Entire Group and write the week — text on the left, numbers on the right. This is your private sandbox; athletes see nothing yet.
Select Copy plan, choose the days and athletes, and confirm. Now they see it.
Select a single athlete and adjust their week — visible to them immediately.
As the week runs, open Reality per athlete to see diaries, RPE, and watch data against your plan.
In Analytics → Team daily readiness, see who's green before training starts.
