Yollanda starts the conversation

Yollanda opens with the day's session and readiness, and picks up where your last conversation left off.

Yollanda greeting a coach with a summary of the day's training and readiness.

Until now you opened Yollanda to a blank prompt and had to know what to ask. That is an extra step every time, and it is easy to miss the thing worth looking at.

Now Yollanda opens with a head start. She can greet you with what the day holds — the planned session and how ready the athlete or squad is for it — and pick up where you left off by searching and continuing your past conversations instead of starting cold each time. You stay in one thread as your questions build on each other.

Turn free text into structured entries

Yollanda can now read free-form text and map it into Yarmill's structure. Paste or dictate a loose note and she turns it into the right fields, so notes from a watch, a chat message, or a quick write-up land where they belong instead of being retyped by hand.

Improvements

  • Yollanda — Group questions answer faster: a lighter conversation mode skips planning steps it does not need and goes straight to the answer for squad-level queries.
  • Plus a range of smaller improvements across the app.

Fixes

  • Permissions — A report no longer opens for someone whose access to it is switched off, and an athlete can no longer reach another athlete's data through a report's Analytics view, so restricted reports stay restricted.
  • Athlete profile — A half-written comment in an athlete's profile no longer follows you when you switch to a different athlete, and clicking the close icon no longer throws an error.
  • Analytics — Race analyses that failed to load for some swimming federations now open again, and a report that broke on its season filter loads correctly.
  • Medical — Reopening a health issue no longer locks you out of valid dates, so you can set the start date you actually need. See the medical module.
  • Plus a number of smaller fixes and performance improvements.
